CONCH I Cervical Cage(Peek)
Conch I is a radiolucent interbody fusion cage system of implants and instruments designed for
anterior cervical interbody fusion (ACIF).
The system was developed in accordance with the AO principles of interbody fusion:
•Provides adequate stability
•Restores disc height
•Restores lordosis
•Preserves the integrity of the vertebral body endplates
•Provides an optimised fusion bed
•Atraumatic technique
Application:
Cervical pathologies for which segmental spondylodesis is indicated:
• Ruptured and herniated discs
• Degenerative disc disease and instability
• Pseudarthrosis or failed spondylodesis
In multisegmented fusions, additional anterior or posterior fixation will increase the segmental stability.
